摘要 HSP90作为热休克蛋白家族中最重要的成员,HSP90不仅可以作为癌基因的分子伴侣发挥其重要作用,而且在肿瘤的生长,进展阶段中扮演着重要角色,HSP90在多种癌蛋白的信号通路及信号转导中起着至关重要的作用。HSP90的高表达与泌尿系统肿瘤的发生,发展也密切相关。在肾癌、膀胱癌和前列腺癌中,HSP90均高表达,并且促进这三大肿瘤的发展。抑制HSP90的水平在泌尿系统肿瘤的治疗中也具有重要的研究意义。现对HSP90的生理学特征及其在泌尿系统肿瘤中的作用机制作一综述。 HSP90 is the most important member of the heat shock protein family.As a molecular chaperone,HSP90 not only participates in the correct folding process after protein translation,but also plays an important role in the growth and progression of tumors.HSP90 plays a critical role in several oncogene pathways and signal transduction proteins.HSP90 is also closely related to the occurrence and development of urinary system tumors.HSP90 is highly expressed in renal cancer,bladder cancer and prostate cancer and promotes the development of these three major tumors.Inhibition of HSP90 levels also has important research significances in the treatment of urinary system tumors.This article reviews the physiological characteristics of HSP90 and its mechanism in urinary system tumors.
