新工科背景下应用型大学校外实习质量监控体系的研究

实践教学是学校培养学生实践和科研能力的重要环节,也是应用型大学素质教育不可分割的重要部分。校外实习作为实践教学环节中的一项重要内容,不仅可以巩固和深化所学理论知识,增强创新创业意识,还可以培养学生初步的实际工作能力和专业技能。本文通过对校外实习质量监控体系的研究,建立了实习质量监控—评价—反馈—持续改进的循环机制,对提高学生实践创新能力、就业创业能力和综合素质具有重要的意义。

Practical teaching is an important link for schools to cultivate students'practical and scientific research capabilities,and an inseparable and important part of quality education in applied universities.As an important part of practical teaching,Off-campus practice can not only consolidate and deepen the theoretical knowledge learned,can enhance the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and can also cultivate students'preliminary practical work ability and professional skills.Through the research on the quality monitoring system of off-campus practice,this paper establishes a cycle mechanism of internship quality monitoring-evaluation-feedback-continuous improvement,which is of great significance for improving students'practical innovation ability,employment and entrepreneurship ability and comprehensive quality.
