三软厚煤层综放工作面煤壁片帮防治研究

摘要 为解决沙吉海煤矿三软厚煤层综放条件下煤壁片帮严重的问题,采用理论分析及现场监测等方法,研究了煤壁的受力特征,建立力学模型,分析片帮机理,提出影响煤壁片帮的关键因素,确定了煤壁片帮防治的控制对策,并进行现场工业性试验。研究结果表明,沿剪切滑移面上的抗剪力与该滑移面上的滑动力比值小于1,煤壁易发生剪切破坏,从而产生煤壁片帮现象;提出合理的割煤高度、支架工作阻力、推进速度来控制煤壁片帮。B1003W03工作面现场煤壁探测结果表明,该对策能有效改善工作面片帮情况,应用效果较好。 To solve the serious problem of rib spalling with “three soft”thick coal seams under the condition of fully mechanized caving in Shajihai Mine, the methods of theoretical analysis and field monitoring was used. The stress characteristics of coal wall were studied and the mechanical model was established to analyze the spalling mechanism. The key factors affecting rib spalling were put forward, the control countermeasures were determinate and carried out. The results showed that the ratio of the anti shear force along the shear sliding surface to the sliding force on the sliding surface was less than 1, and the coal wall was prone to shear failure, resulting in the phenomenon of coal wall spalling. It was proposed that the key to control the rib spalling was to determine the reasonable coal cutting height, support working resistance and propulsion speed. The on-site coal wall detection results of No. B1003W03 Face showed that this countermeasure could effectively improve the caving situation of working face and had a good application effect.
