深部动压剧烈区域大断面硐室围岩卸压技术研究

摘要 结合冀中股份东庞矿深部高地应力、煤岩体流变等特性及巷道围岩矿压显现特征,提出在煤帮深部区域开挖大型孔洞,并布置调控系统进行持续大变形控制的新方法,抵御深部巷道围岩大变形。通过持续性位移监测,适时进行二次或多次调压孔洞系统布置,以应对强动压影响造成的一次孔洞密闭以及巷道煤体深部区域的持续性蠕变,维护巷道支护系统的稳定性,提高矿井生产效率、优化工人的劳动环境,促进深部矿井安全高效集约化发展。 Combined with the characteristics of deep high ground stress, coal and rock mass flow and the characteristics of mine pressure in roadway surrounding rock in Dongpang Mine, a new method of excavating large holes in deep area of coal side and arranging control system for continuous large deformation control was proposed to resist the large deformation of surrounding rock in deep roadway. Through continuous displacement monitoring, the secondary or multiple pressure regulating hole system was arranged in time to cope with the primary hole sealing caused by the influence of strong dynamic pressure and the continuous creep in the deep area of roadway coal body, maintain the stability of roadway support system,improve mine production efficiency, optimize the working environment of workers, and promote the safe, efficient and intensive development of deep mines.
