摘要 在对双柳煤矿33 (4) 20工作面及顺槽主要设备采煤机、刮板输送机、转载机、破碎机等的功率和电压分析的基础上,确定了移动变电站的数量为4个,对应的变压器视在功率分别为4000、4000、2000、315 kVA。对工作面供电系统进行了设计,根据实际情况,对高压侧电缆和低压侧电缆进行了设计计算,确定型号。将设计的供电系统应用到煤矿工程实践中,目前运行时间超过1 a,经现场人员反馈,供电系统整体运行稳定,为安全高效开采奠定了良好的基础。 Based on the analysis of the power and voltage of the main equipment such as shearer, scraper conveyor, transfer machine and crusher in the 33(4) 20 working face and crossheading of Shuangliu Coal Mine, the number of mobile substations is determined to be 4, and the corresponding apparent power of transformers is 4000, 4000, 2000 and 315 k VA respectively. The power supply system of the working face was designed. According to the actual situation, the high-voltage side cable and the low-voltage side cable were designed and calculated to determine the model. The designed power supply system is applied to the coal mine engineering practice, and the current operation time is more than 1 a. Through the feedback of field personnel, the overall operation of the power supply system is stable, which lays a good foundation for safe and efficient mining.
