摘要
煤矿变电站的稳定可靠运行对保障矿井安全、提升采煤效率具有重要意义。以晋北煤业变电站为研究对象,对二次设备的监测系统进行了设计。利用系统可以对二次设备本身状态以及通信链路状态进行实时监测,基于监测数据并结合三角直觉模糊算法可以实现二次设备状态的有效评估。基于Altova XMLspy软件平台并利用SCL编程语言对监测系统的软件程序进行设计,对软件程序中使用的数据库建立过程进行了分析。实践表明,监测系统运行效果良好,变电站故障率降低了15%以上,安全效益和经济效益显著。
The stable and reliable operation of coal mine substation is of great significance to ensure mine safety and improve coal mining efficiency. Taking the substation of Jinbei Coal Industry as the research object, the monitoring system of secondary equipment is designed. The system can be used to monitor the state of the secondary equipment itself and the state of the communication link in real time. Based on the monitoring data and combined with the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy algorithm, the secondary equipment state can be effectively evaluated. Based on the Altova XMLspy software platform and the SCL programming language, the software program of the monitoring system is designed, and the database establishment process used in the software program is analyzed. Practice shows that the monitoring system works well,substation failure rate is reduced by more than 15 %, safety and economic benefits are significant.
