不确定性及疫情常态化下的高校非学历教育韧性发展 被引量:1

Resilient Development of Non-degree Education in Higher Education Institutions under the Status of Uncertainty and the Normalization of the Epidemic

摘要 近年来,非学历教育发展环境发生深刻变化,各高校积极开展了新发展模式探索。在梳理产业变革、科技创新、百年变局、规范管理和疫情常态化等环境因素对高校非学历教育影响的基础上,从发展现状、应对机制、办学主体、条件保障、数字化转型等5个方面分析了高校非学历教育发展现状、存在问题与面临挑战。为应对多变的不确定性环境和疫情常态化,高校应从建立韧性发展战略、构建敏捷应对机制、优化需求导向供给、建设协作共生生态、创新融合发展模式、推进数字转型突破等六个方面,建立非学历教育韧性发展模式。 In recent years, with the profound changes in the development of non-degree education, the higher education institutions have actively explored new development models. On the basis of sorting out the impact of external environmental factors on non-degree education, such as industrial reform, scientific and technological innovation, changes in centuries, standardized management and normalization of epidemic situation, the paper analyzes the current status, existing problems and challenges of non-degree education from the following five aspects: coping mechanism, school-running subject, condition guarantee and digital transformation. Therefore, the paper proposes that in order to cope with the changing environment of uncertainty and the normalization of epidemic situation, the higher education institutions should establish a resilient development model of non-degree education from six aspects: establishing a resilient development strategy, constructing an agile response mechanism, optimizing demand-oriented supply, building a cooperative symbiotic ecology, innovating and integrating the development model, and promoting the breakthrough of digital transformation.
