摘要
基于现代信息技术创新职业教育模式的新探索,以F省18个监狱的服刑人员为研究对象,分析其在“特定场域”参加职业教育的学习目的、需求、学习方式、教学组织、教学效果等基本状况,提出开展特殊人群职业教育的模式构架与实现路径,从组织保障机制、人才培养方式、资源建设与整合、混合式教学手段和质量保障措施等五方面进行了实践探索,针对存在的问题提出“强化多元联动的组织保障机制、加强教学资源建设与整合、综合运用混合式教学手段、强化实训环节、打通特殊人群职业教育的内外衔接模式”的改进策略。
Based on the new exploration of the innovative vocational education model of modern information technology and while taking the prisoners in 18 prisons in F Province as the research object,this paper analyzes their basic conditions such as learning purpose,demand,learning mode,teaching organization and teaching effect of participating in vocational education in"specific field",and puts forward the model framework and implementation path of vocational education for special people.It makes practical exploration from five aspects,including organization guarantee mechanism,talent training mode,resource construction and integration,mixed teaching means and quality guarantee measures.In view of the existing problems,the improvement strategies are put forward,such as strengthening the organizational guarantee mechanism of multiple linkage,strengthening the construction and integration of teaching resources,comprehensively using mixed teaching means,strengthening practical training links,and opening up the internal and external connection mode of vocational education for special people.
