实践场域中促进中小学教师专业发展的课例研究

摘要 课例研究能有效促进教师专业的发展。课例研究符合建构主义学习理论,在真实的情景中,教师结合自身原有经验,学习和建构新的教学经验;课例研究能促进教师在学习过程中反思,将“学会教学”与“学会学习”结合起来,成为“反思型教师”;通过课例研究,教师乐于合作,善于合作,不断提升合作学习能力,共同成长。 Lesson study is one of the effective pathways to promote teachers’ professional development. At first, as it is in line with the theory of constructivism learning, in the real situation, teachers learn and construct new teaching experience according to their original experience;Furthermore, it can promote teachers to reflect in the learning process, combining "learning how to teach" with "learning how to learn" to become "reflective teachers";Last but not the least, through lesson study, teachers are willing to cooperate and good at cooperation, constantly improve their cooperative learning ability and grow together.
