摘要
运用文献资料法和文本分析法对我国体育旅游专业人才需求与培养现状进行研究。研究认为:1,在国家政策助力,经济新增长点驱动,人民美好生活需求引领和冬奥旅游热潮带动下,我国就业市场呈现出对体育旅游专业人才的迫切需求。2,探究我国体育旅游专业人才培养中存在的人才培养体系不明晰,专业特色不够鲜明;课程体系全而不专,实践环节重视不够;教学方式创新不足,评价手段较为单一;实践平台有待搭建,就业渠道亟须拓展等问题。3,提出对接国家战略和地区需求明确专业定位,聚焦专业核心技能重构课程体系,创新人才培养理念和教学方式方法,产学研多元协同推进实践平台建设,“政企校联动”精准对接促就业等策略。
The method of literature review and text analysis are used to study the personnel needs and training status of major of sports tourism in China.The research suggests that employment market in China shows an urgent needs for major of sports tourism under the promotion of the following factors,such as the assistance of national policies,the promotion of new point of economic growth,the needs of people for a better life and the upsurge of Winter Olympic tourism.In the personnel training of major of sports tourism in China,the problems of unclear system of personnel training and unclear characteristics of major are analyzed;the system of course is complete,but it is not professional enough,and the link of practice has not been paid enough attention to;lack of innovative teaching methods and single evaluation methods;a practical platform needs to be built and employment channels need to be expanded urgently and other problems;according to the national strategies and the needs of region,a clear professional position was proposed,system of course with the help of the reconstruction of professional core skills needs to be focused,and the concept of personnel training and teaching methods need to be innovated,the construction of practical platform need to be promoted by diversification and coordination,the strategy of"linkage between government,enterprises and schools"need to be connected accurately to promote employment and other strategies.
