摘要
常规的氨纶纺丝油剂为硅油,在染整过程中较难去除,残留的油剂会严重影响布面染整效果,因此有必要开发易精练氨纶。改变氨纶的纺丝油剂,开发了易精练氨纶。采用元素分析法探讨了不同前处理条件下,易精练氨纶与普通氨纶的硅油去除效率。结果表明:易精练氨纶具有更好的精练效果,在NaOH 0.5 g/L、精练剂0.5 g/L、80℃精练30 min的条件下就能达到优异的精练效果。
The conventional spandex spinning oil is silicone oil,which is difficult to remove during the dyeing and finishing process,and the residual oil will seriously affect the dyeing and finishing effect of cloth surface.Therefore,it is necessary to develop easy-to-refine spandex.The easy-to-refine spandex was developed by changing the spinning oil.The silicon oil removal efficiency of easy-to-refine spandex fiber and ordinary spandex fiber under different pretreatment condi⁃tions was studied by element analysis.The results show that the easy-to-refine spandex has better refining effect,and the excellent refining effect can be achieved under the conditions of NaOH 0.5 g/L,refining agent 0.5 g/L,and refining at 80℃for 30 min.
