工具性导向的化学生物学课程教学探索

摘要 化学生物学是一门通过化学手段探索生命现象的交叉性学科,其在医药领域的作用日益凸显,是创新型药学人才必修课程。为了让学生在有效的时间内更好地掌握化学生物学知识,学会应用化学生物学技术和理论解决创新药物发现过程中遇到的问题,对药物化学专业学生开展了工具性导向的化学生物学教学探索与实践。结合教学实践结果,发现突出学科工具性特征的化学生物学课程教学有利于培养学生应用化学生物学思维解决问题的能力。 Chemical biology is an interdisciplinary subject that explores life phenomena through chemical means,which role in the field of medicine is becoming increasingly prominent.It is a required course for innovative pharmaceutical talents.In order to allow students to better grasp the knowledge of chemical biology in an effective time,learn to apply chemical biology techniques and theories to solve problems encountered in the process of innovative drug discovery,a instrument-oriented chemistry was carried out for students majoring in medicinal chemistry.Combined with the results of teaching practice,it is found that the teaching of chemical biology courses highlighting the instrumental characteristics of the discipline is conducive to cultivating students ability to apply chemical biology thinking to solve problems.
