摘要
色谱分析作为沈阳药科大学药学专业的基础核心课程,在培养学生化学专业知识和技能方面起到承前启后的重要作用。以“成果导向教育”理念为指导,将OBE(Outcome based education)理念引入色谱分析实验教学改革,有利于提高人才培养的质量。从色谱分析实验教学现状出发,作者结合自身的教学和科研实践,探索课程内容、教学理念和考核方式的改革,从而锻炼学生的逻辑思维,培养学生的创新能力。
As the basic core course of pharmacy major in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University,chromatographic analysis plays an important role in cultivating students chemical knowledge and skills.Guided by the concept of result-oriented education,the concept of OBE(Outcome based education)was introduced into the teaching reform of chromatographic analysis experiment,which is beneficial to improve the quality of talents training.Starting from the current situation of chromatographic analysis experimental teaching,the authors combine their teaching and research practice to explore the reform of course content,teaching philosophy and assessment methods,so as to exercise students logical thinking and cultivate their innovative ability.
