摘要
为了研究不同因素对水泥浆体流变性能的影响,采用黏度计对水灰比0.6~1.4的水泥浆体在水化时间0、10、20、30、40 min进行流变性能试验。结果表明:水灰比为0.6~0.8的水泥浆体是幂律流体,0.9~1.1的水泥浆体是宾汉姆流体,1.2~1.4的水泥浆体是牛顿流体;可用指数函数表征水化时间与水灰比对水泥浆体流变性能的影响。
In order to study the influence of different factors on the rheological properties of cement slurry,viscometer was used to measure the rheological properties of cement slurry with water cement ratio(0.6 to 1.4)at different hydration time(0,10,20,30 and 40 min).The results show that the cement slurry with water cement ratio of 0.6 to 0.8 is Pseudoplastic fluid,the cement slurry with water cement ratio of 0.9 to 1.1 is Bingham fluid,and the cement slurry with water cement ratio of 1.2 to 1.4 is Newtonian fluid.Exponential function can be used to characterize the influence of hydration time and water cement ratio on rheological properties of cement slurry.
