模块式康复训练结合治疗性沟通对下肢骨折术后患者康复情况、疼痛程度及康复积极性的影响

Effect of modular rehabilitation training combined with therapeutic communication on rehabilitation,pain degree and rehabilitation enthusiasm of patients with postoperative lower limb fracture

目的探讨模块式康复训练结合治疗性沟通在下肢骨折术后的应用价值。方法选取2018年3月至2021年3月我院收治的100例下肢骨折患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。所有患者均接受手术治疗,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行模块式康复训练结合治疗性沟通。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的术后下床活动时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月后,观察组的下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预2周后,观察组的5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的积极举动、放弃举动及康复护理配合度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论模块式康复训练结合治疗性沟通在下肢骨折术后患者中的应用效果显著,有利于促进骨折愈合和功能恢复,减轻术后疼痛程度,提高康复积极性。

Objective To explore the application value of modular rehabilitation training combined with therapeutic communication in postoperative lower limb fracture.Methods A total of 100 patients with lower limb fractures admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.All patients received surgical treatment,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received modular rehabilitation training combined with therapeutic communication on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative ambulation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of intervention,the lower limb Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the levels of 5-hydroxy tryptamine(5-HT)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of positive behavior,giving up behavior and cooperation degree of rehabilitation nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modular rehabilitation training combined with therapeutic communication for patients with postoperative lower limb fractures has significant application effect,which is conducive to promote fracture healing and functional recovery,reduce postoperative pain,and improve the enthusiasm of rehabilitation.
