摘要
目的:在医患信息不对称的情况下,寻找客观存在的影响患者安全的医源性因素,探索如何防控医疗风险,保障患者安全管理的创新途径。方法:对某三甲医院2016-2020年发生的367例纠纷进行回顾性总结,筛选出产生赔偿纠纷118例,运用EXCEL软件,将纠纷基本情况进行统计分析。结果:某三甲医院2016-2020年院内纠纷数量虽呈逐年下降,但产生赔偿的纠纷数量却有逐年升高的趋势,且因医源性因素导致的纠纷亦存在逐年升高的趋势。结论:为最大限度规避和防控医源性因素导致患者伤害的医疗风险,应从医院医务人员自身出发,以事前管理为重点,事后管理为补充,构建患者安全事前管理架构,从系统上保障医院和患者安全。
Objective:In the case of asymmetric information between doctors and patients,we should look for objective common fac⁃tors that affect patient safety factors,and explore innovative ways to prevent and control medical risks and ensure patient safety manage⁃ment.Methods:A retrospective summary of 367 disputes occurred in acertain grade Atertiary hospital from 2016 to 2020,and 118 cas⁃es of compensation disputes were screened out.Using EXCEL software,the basic situation of disputes was statistically analyzed.Re⁃sults:Although the number of in-hospital disputes in a certain grade A tertiary hospital from 2016 to 2020 has been decreasing year by year,the number of disputes arising from compensation does increase year by year,and disputes caused by iatrogenic factors also in⁃crease year by year.Conclusions:In order to avoid and prevent the medical risk of patient injury caused by iatrogenic factors to the greatest extent,it is necessary to start from the medical staff of the hospital,focus on ex-ante management,and supplement the ex-post management,build a patient safety pre-management structure,and systematically protect the hospital and patients’safety.
