高参数垃圾焚烧锅炉高温受热面腐蚀原因分析及抑制方法

摘要 随着垃圾焚烧锅炉主蒸汽参数的不断提高,高温受热面的腐蚀问题成为影响锅炉安全运行的重要因素。通过系统地讨论高温受热面腐蚀的形成机理和分析方法,认为气体腐蚀和高温腐蚀是造成高温受热面腐蚀的主要原因。结合某垃圾焚烧发电锅炉高温受热面的腐蚀案例给出抑制垃圾焚烧锅炉高温受热面腐蚀的建议措施。 With the continuous improvement of main steam parameters of municipal solid waste(MSW)incineration boiler,the corrosion of high-temperature heating surface has become a serious factor for the safe operation of incinerator.The paper systematically discusses the formation mechanism and analysis method of corrosion of high-temperature heating surface,and indicates that gas mcorrosion and high-temperature corrosion are the dominant factors of high-temperature heating surface corrosion.Combined with the corrosion case of high-temperature heating surface,the causes of corrosion is discussed and finally suggestions and measures for inhibiting high-temperature heating surface corrosion of waste incineration boiler are given.
