摘要
分析了NH_(4)HCO_(3)、NaOH、Na_(2)CO_(3)三种浸出介质对钒浸出率及杂质溶出率的影响,优选NH_(4)HCO_(3)作为浸出介质,确定了最佳工艺参数:NH_(4)HCO_(3)溶液质量分数15%,液固比5∶1,反应温度90℃,反应时间30 min,搅拌速度300 rpm,钒浸出率为84.52%。将最佳反应条件下得到的浸出溶液进行沉钒实验,补加NH_(4)HCO_(3)调节pH值至8,搅拌速度200 rpm,结晶温度25℃,结晶时间5 h后,钒浓度降为0.81 g/L。偏钒酸铵经过干燥、煅烧得到品位99.16%的V_(2)O_(5)。
The effects of NH_(4)HCO_(3),NaOH and Na_(2)CO_(3)on vanadium leaching rate and impurity leaching rate were studied and analyzed,and NH_(4)HCO_(3)was selected as the leaching medium.The optimum process parameters were determined as follows:NH_(4)HCO_(3)solution mass fraction 15%,liquid-solid ratio 5∶1,reaction temperature 90℃,reaction time 30 min,stirring speed 300 rpm,vanadium leaching rate reached 84.52%.The leaching solution obtained under the optimum reaction conditions was used for vanadium precipitation experiment.NH_(4)HCO_(3)was added to adjust the pH to 8,the stirring speed was 200 rpm,the crystallization temperature was 25℃,and the vanadium concentration was reduced to 0.81 g/L after crystallization time of 5 h.The grade of vanadium pentoxideobtained by drying and calcining ammonium metavanadate is 99.16%.
