摘要
利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜对冲击断口形貌、金相组织和夹杂物进行了观察和分析,认为钢板内部带状组织和混晶现象是导致薄规格桥梁板冲击性能异常的主要原因。通过优化铸坯断面温度梯度改善了中心偏析,同时增加钢板待温时间,提高奥氏体未再结晶区待温厚度以及增大压下变形量等措施,改善了带状组织和混晶现象,解决了钢板性能异常问题。
The impact fracture morphology,metallographic structure and inclusion were observed and analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,it is considered that the banded structure and the mixed crystal phenomenon in the steel plate are the main reasons that lead to the abnormal impact performance of the thin gauge bridge plate.By optimizing the temperature gradient of the billet section,the center segregation is improved,the holding time of the steel plate is increased,the thickness of the non-recrystallization zone of austenite is increased,and the deformation under pressure is increased,the banded structure and mixed crystal phenomenon are improved,and the abnormal property of steel plate is solved.
