摘要
针对原有铁水脱硫用钝化石灰生产成本高、稳定性差等问题,优化了钝化石灰生产及钝化剂喷吹工艺。确定采用优质石灰石首先进入麦尔兹双膛窑用天然气煅烧,合格石灰用欧版磨(欧版磨破碎能力15 t/h,电机转速780~800 rpm,离心风机转速1200~1250 rpm)破碎,之后在管道上喷入钝化剂,钝化剂喷嘴风压3 bar,钝化剂压力0.2 bar,流量0.45 L/min的生产工艺。优化后,所生产的钝化石灰流动性更好,脱硫用钝化石灰平均喷吹时间降低3.9 min,脱硫成本降低5.6元/t,满足了铁水脱硫需要。
Aiming at the problems of high production cost and poor stability of passivated lime used in hot metal desulphurization,the production of passivated lime and the technology of passivating agent injection were optimized.The qualified limestone is firstly calcined with natural gas in Meltzer double-bore kiln,and the qualified limestone is crushed by European plate mill(the crushing capacity of European plate is 15 t/h,the rotating speed of motor is 780~800 rpm,and the rotating speed of centrifugal fan is 1200~1250 rpm),then the passivating agent is sprayed into the pipeline,the air pressure of the passivating agent nozzle is 3 bar,the passivating agent pressure is 0.2 bar,and the flow rate is 0.45 L/min.After optimization,the flowability of passivated lime is better,the average injection time of passivated lime for desulphurization is reduced by 3.9 min,and the cost of desulphurization is reduced by 5.6 Yuan/t,which meets the need of hot metal desulphurization.
