摘要
棒控发电机组是给核反应堆驱动机构提供电源的重要设备,它的运行可靠性直接影响到核电厂的运行安全。秦一厂的棒电源机组自投运以来运行状态一直不太稳定,以往棒控发电机组在两个换料循环中大约会出现十多张缺陷工单,而采用常规的维修手段对消除缺陷效果不明显,经引入设备全过程精细化维修方式后,设备运行状态得到了明显改善,现已连续进入了第三个换料循环,没有出现过缺陷报告。维修后的效果非常明显,大幅提高了设备运行的可靠性,确保了核电机组的安全稳定运行。
The rod-control generator set is an important equipment to supply power to the reactor drive mechanism. Its operation reliability directly affects the operation safety of nuclear power plant. The operation state of the bar power unit in Qinshan First Plant has been unstable since it was put into operation. In the past, more than ten defective work orders appeared in the two refueling cycles of the bar power unit. However, the conventional maintenance method has no obvious effect on eliminating defects. After the introduction of the whole-process refined maintenance method of the equipment, the operating state of the equipment has been significantly improved. Now it has entered the third refueling cycle, and no defects have been reported. After maintenance, the effect is very obvious, which greatly improves the reliability of equipment operation and ensures the safe and stable operation of nuclear power units.
