摘要 本文建立了一种微波消解-原子吸收法应用于离子交换树脂中含铁量的分析方法,利用微波消解完全消解树脂,利用原子吸收法测量铁浓度,再换算为单位质量离子交换树脂的含铁量。分析结果表明,铁离子加标回收率为96%,相对标准偏差为1.18%(n=7),方法检测限为0.12 mg/L,检测限对应的单位质量离子交换树脂中铁的质量含量为0.03 mg/kg(湿树脂),表明该分析方法可应用于离子交换树脂中含铁量的测量。 The microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectroscopy was developed, which was applied on the iron content of the ion exchange resin. The ion exchange resin was completed dispelled by wave digestion. The atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to measure the concentration of iron. The content of iron was calculated by the conversion of iron and the mass of ion exchange resin. The adding standard recovery rate of iron concentration, relative standard deviations, the detection limit of iron and the detection limit of iron content to the mass of resin were 98%, 0.97%(n=7), 0.12 mg/L and 0.03 mg/kg(wet resin) respectively, which shows that the present system can be applied in measuring the iron content of the ion exchange resin.
