摘要
提出了一种基于反射式微棱镜阵列结构的车载波导抬头显示系统,分析了反射式微棱镜阵列结构的倾斜角度、区域数量、排列周期以及入射光宽度等参数对杂散光、出瞳扩展连续性、照度均匀度的影响,给出了最佳参数的设计方法。针对10°×5°视场角,130 mm×50 mm眼动范围的车载要求,进行了具体的波导设计与仿真。结果显示提出系统各视场照度均匀度大于64%,可实现全彩显示,整体体积小于6.5 L。提出的结构与方法有望应用于车载抬头显示领域,降低系统体积。
Herein,a vehiclemounted headup display system based on the reflective microprism array waveguide structure is proposed.The effects of the inclination angle,number of regions,arrangement period,and incident light width of the reflective microprism array structure on the stray light,continuity of exit pupil expansion,and uniformity of illumination are analyzed.The design method using the optimal parameters is proposed.In response to the vehicle requirements of a field of view of 10°×5°and an eyebox of 130 mm×50 mm,a specific optical waveguide design and simulation are performed.Results show that the uniformity of illumination in each field of view of the proposed system is greater than 64%and that a fullcolor display can be realized.Moreover,the overall volume is less than 6.5 L.The proposed structure and method are expected to be applied to the field of vehiclemounted headup display systems to reduce their volumes.
