信息通讯技术影响技术创新的地区差异与空间效应

Regional Differences and Spatial Effects of Information and Communication Technology on Technological Innovation

文章以中国2005—2020年的省级面板数据为样本,综合使用固定效应、系统GMM和杜宾空间模型,探究信息通讯技术(ICTs)如何影响区域技术创新产出。结果表明:ICTs水平对区域技术创新产出呈现倒“U”型关系,但短期影响不显著;本省的ICTs水平对相邻省份的技术创新具有显著正向促进的空间外溢效应;ICTs水平对技术创新产出呈现“中部地区>西部地区>东部地区”的明显区域差异,中、西部地区具有后发优势。由此,文章认为推动ICTs促进区域技术创新,需要进一步普及互联网,建设ICTs中心节点及优化技术创新的经济环境等。

This paper takes China's provincial panel data from 2005 to 2020 as a sample and comprehensively uses fixed effects,system GMM and Dubin spatial model to explore how information and communication technologies(ICTs)affect regional technological innovation output.The results show that:The ICTs level has an inverted U-shaped relationship with regional technological innovation ou-tput,but the short-term effect is not significant;The ICTs level of the province has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the technological innovation of neighboring provinces;The ICTs level has an obvious regional difference in technological innovation output of"central region>western region>eastern region",and the central and western regions have the advantage of latecomer.According to the above conclusions,some suggestions are put forward.Therefore,the article believes that promoting ICTs to promote regional technological innovation requires further popularization of the Internet,construction of ICTs central nodes and optimization of the economic environment for technological innovation.
