数字普惠金融对就业水平的影响效应研究

Research on the Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance on Employment Level

文章选取2011—2020年中国26个省份287个地级及以上城市面板数据,实证探究数字普惠金融对就业水平的影响效应。研究表明:数字普惠金融能够显著促进就业水平提高,但存在城乡、企业和区域异质性。城乡视角比较,数字普惠金融对城镇就业水平的影响更大;企业视角比较,数字普惠金融能够显著促进私营企业就业水平,且对小微私营企业的影响比大中私营企业更显著;区域视角比较,数字普惠金融对东部省份就业影响更显著,而中西部则不明显。基于此,政府部门应加大乡村数字普惠金融知识普及力度、加快完善数字化征信系统、持续布局数字新基建,以此缩小数字普惠金融促进就业的异质性,提升整体居民就业水平。

Based on the panel data of 287 prefecture level cities and above cities in 26 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper empirically explores the impact of digital inclusive finance on employment level.The research shows that digital inclusive finance can significantly promote the improvement of employment level,but there are urban-rural,enterprise and regional heterogeneity.From the perspective of urban and rural areas,digital inclusive finance has a greater impact on the level of urban employment;From the perspective of enterprises,digital inclusive finance can significantly promote the employment level of private enterprises,and its impact on small and micro private enterprises is more significant than that of large and medium-sized private enterprises;From a regional pers-pective,the impact of digital inclusive finance on employment in the eastern provinces is more significant,while it is not obvious in the central and western regions.Based on this,government departments should strengthen the popularization of rural digital inclusive financial knowledge,accelerate the improvement of digital credit investigation system,and continue to layout new digital infrastructure,so as to improve the employment level.
