摘要
为研究由螺栓拼合而成的双拼热轧槽钢柱的受力性能,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对双拼热轧槽钢柱建立模型并进行有限元模拟,研究单肢长细比、柱长度、加劲肋设置对双拼热轧槽钢柱极限承载力以及破坏模式的影响。结果表明:减小单肢槽钢的长细比,可显著提高试件的极限承载力,单肢长细比大于40 i的试件,破坏模式为单肢槽钢弯曲失稳破坏,单肢长细比小于40 i的试件,破坏模式为整体弯曲失稳破坏;柱长度对试件的极限承载力的影响不明显;在螺栓两侧设置加劲肋,可明显提高试件的承载力,在两排螺栓中间设置加劲肋,可有效防止该区域板件的局部屈曲变形。
In order to study the mechanical behavior of hot-rolled double channel steel column assembled by bolts,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the model of hot-rolled double channel steel column and carry out the finite element simulation.The effects of slenderness ratio of single leg,column length and stiffener setting on the ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode of hot-rolled double channel steel column were studied.The results show that:reducing slenderness ratio of single leg channel steel can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of specimens;the failure mode of specimens with slenderness ratio of single leg greater than 40 i is bending instability of single leg channel steel;the failure mode of specimens with slenderness ratio of single leg less than 40 i is overall bending instability;the influence of column length on the ultimate bearing capacity of specimens is not obvious;setting stiffeners on both sides of bolts can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of specimens.The local buckling deformation of the plate in this area can be effectively prevented by setting stiffeners between the two rows of bolts.
