摘要
工业遗产改造是当前城市更新背景下的热点问题,在探索如何改造的过程中,城市里出现了与自身文脉割裂甚至对立的景观,为了扭转这一现状,重拾场所中的意象精神成为一种可行途径。以“合柴1972”文创园为例,采用实地考察、文献分析和词频分析的方法,研究发现改造生产出了物质景观和媒介景观两类景观。在这种强调视觉和美学的改造策略中,工业遗产的场所精神也相应出现了“转向视觉”和“视觉转向”的变化,从而提升了场所精神在物质-媒介环境下的适应性。高质量的视觉景观生产充分发掘出场所的文化价值和经济价值,对于提升城市形象,带动区域经济发展有显著的意义。
The transformation of industrial heritage is a hot issue in the context of current urban renewal.In the process of exploration of how to transform,spectacles that are separated from the urban context and even opposed to the city itself have emerged in the city.In order to reverse this situation,regaining the spirit of imagery in the place becomes a feasible way.Taking the“Hechai 1972”Cultural and Creative Park as an example,using the methods of field investigation,document analysis and word frequency analysis,the research found that the transformation produced two major categories of physical spectacle and media spectacle.In this transformation strategy that emphasizes vision and aesthetics,the genius loci of the industrial heritage also has a corresponding change of“turning to vision”and“visual turn”,which enhances the adaptability of genius loci in the physical-media environment.High-quality visual spectacle production fully explores the cultural value and economic value of the place,which is of great significance for enhancing the image of the city and driving regional economic development.
