大数据视角下轨道交通站点空间活力量化及提升策略研究——以合肥轨道交通2号线为例 被引量:3

摘要 城市活力是城市吸引力的象征,城市人口活动往往与城市土地利用有密不可分的关系。首先基于大数据和ArcGIS平台对合肥市轨道交通2号线站点周边活力进行量化,总结出站点空间活力与半径、区位以及站点类型之间的关系;其次,结合对站点周边不同业态类型的POI数据的抓取和处理,探究各类型站点在不同半径范围内的空间活力与土地利用之间的互动关系,提出土地优化利用、补充配套服务设施、协调站点发展关系等3条2号线站点周边空间活力提升的建议;最后,基于以上的研究提炼出“分类引导——提升站点吸引力”“优化布局——平衡站点客流”“适度混合——合理开发站点周边用地”,以及“政策导向——促进站点周边设施流转”等轨道交通站点周边空间活力提升的策略。 Urban vitality is a symbol of urban attractiveness.Urban population activities are often closely related to urban land use.Based on big data and ArcGIS platform,this paper firstly quantifies the vitality around Hefei Rail Transit Line 2 stations,and summarizes the relationship between station spatial vitality and radius,location and station type.Secondly,combined with the capture and processing of POI data of different business around the stations,this paper explores the interactive relationship between the land use and the spatial vitality of various types of stations in different radius,and puts forward three suggestions on improving the vitality of the surrounding space of Hefei Rail Transit Line 2 stations,including optimizing land use,supplementing supporting service facilities and coordinating the development relationship of the stations.Finally,based on the above research,the strategies for improving the vitality of the space around the rail transit stations are refined,such as"classifying guidance and enhancing the attraction of the stations""optimizing the layout and balancing the passenger flow at the stations""moderately mixing and reasonably developing the land around the stations"and"orientating through policies and promoting the circulation of facilities around the stations".
