开发地块周边路网交通承载力余量计算方法 被引量:3

摘要 城市土地利用与周边路网的交通情况相互影响、相互制约。研究开发地块周边的交通承载力余量,对向上辅助土地开发决策,向下指导交通管控方案都有重要的意义。首先定义了交通承载力,明确其属于中观层面的路网交通特性,不是简单的通行能力叠加;其次,以与开发地块相关的每条路径为研究单元,提出每条路径可增加交通量取决于该路径途径的路段、交叉口可增加交通量的最小值;再次,以路段、交叉口最大服务交通量为约束,建立交通分布不均衡性和路径选择不均衡性修正系数对模型进行修正;之后提出基于模型的应用流程,根据土地开发与交通运行的互动关系,将交通需求按比例分次进行分析;最后,以富阳湿地公园周边路网为实例,基于交通仿真软件VISSIM的中观动态分配模块,通过模型计算周边路网的交通承载力余量,并对路网周边交通运行情况进行了仿真分析,验证模型的有效性。同时,指出交通承载力与路网中路段、交叉口运行效率和路径选择有直接关系,为了使路网发挥最大的交通承载力,需要配合合理的交通控制与管理措施。 Urban land use and traffic condition of surrounding road network influence and restrict each other.It is of great significance to study the traffic carrying capacity allowance around the development plots to assist the decision-making of land development and to guide the formulation of traffic control schemes.In this study,firstly the traffic carrying capacity is defined to make it clear that it belongs to the meso level of road network traffic characteristics,not simply the superposition of capacity.Secondly,taking each path related to the development plot as the research unit,this study proposes that the traffic increase volume depends on the minimum value of the intersection.Thirdly,with the maximum serving traffic volume at the intersection as the constraint,the study modifies the model by establishing the correction coefficient of traffic distribution imbalance and route choice imbalance.Then,the application process based on the model is proposed.According to the interactive relationship between land development and traffic operation,the traffic demand is analyzed in proportion and hierarchically.Finally,taking the road network around Fuyang Wetland Park as an example,this study uses the meso dynamic allocation module of traffic simulation software VISSIM to calculate the traffic carrying capacity allowance of the road network,and the traffic operation situation around the road network is simulated and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the model.At the same time,it is pointed out that the traffic carrying capacity is directly related to the operation efficiency and route selection of the intersections in the road network.In order to maximize the traffic carrying capacity,reasonable traffic control and management measures are needed.
