基于核磁图谱技术的浓香型白酒基酒等级的云点滴模型 被引量:1

摘要 为实现对浓香型白酒基酒等级的评价,以浓香型白酒基酒核磁图谱为研究对象,分析主成分技术与核主成分技术对白酒基酒核磁图谱特征的表述能力,发现核主成分技术可以有效地去除不同等级白酒的核磁图谱之间的非线性关系,更好地实现同等级酒的聚集。建立了基于核主成分技术的白酒基酒核磁图谱的云点滴模型。该模型利用模糊理论与统计学的方法在核主成分空间建立白酒基酒等级的云点滴空间,详细分析各个等级空间的概率分布情况,并进行鉴定词语分析。研究表明,本文建立的基于核磁图谱技术的白酒基酒等级云模型,不仅可用于白酒基酒等级的鉴定,而且可应用于食品检测、中药鉴定与化学试剂等相关图谱分析技术领域,研究成果具有重要的应用价值。 In order to evaluate the quality of Nongxiang base liquor, taking the NMR spectrum of Nongxiang base liquor as the research object, we analyzed the performance of principal component analysis and kernel principal component analysis on describing the NMR characteristics of Nongxiang base liquor.It was found that KPCA could effectively remove the nonlinear relationship between NMR spectra of different grades of liquor, and could achieve better aggregation of liquor of the same grade.A cloud drop model of the NMR spectrum of Nongxiang base liquor was established based on KPCA.The model used fuzzy theory and statistic methods to establish the cloud drop space of Baijiu base liquor quality in the kernel principal component space, analyzed the probability distribution of each grade space in detail, and carried out the analysis of the identification words.The cloud model established based on NMR can be used not only for the classification of Baijiu base liquor, but also for food analysis, medicinal herb identification and chemical reagent analysis.
