摘要
本研究采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅含量,并对湖北产地瓶装白酒中铅含量进行了分析。采用微波消解法对大米样品进行前处理,在仪器最佳条件下测定该方法的检出限、精密度、准确度和加标回收率。在最佳试验条件下,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅含量的检出限为0.25μg/kg,准确度为98.5%,精密度为3.73%,平均加标回收率为101.64%。该方法测定铅含量准确、试验误差小,重复性好。湖北产地白酒中铅含量普遍较低,符合食品安全限量标准,不存在通过膳食途径摄入铅的健康暴露风险。
The lead content in bottled Baijiu from Hubei was determined and analyzed by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The rice samples were pretreated by using microwave digestion, and the detection limit, precision, accuracy, and recovery of the method were determined under the optimum conditions of the instrument. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the detection limit of lead using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was 0.25 μg/kg, the accuracy was 98.5 %, the precision was 3.73 %, and the average spiked recovery was 101.64 %. This method is accurate, with low test error and good repeatability. Generally speaking, the Baijiu products from Hubei have low level of lead, which meets the food safety standards, and the health risk for people to be exposed to lead through drinking the Baijiu is negligible.
