摘要
江西省在承接东部地区产业转移过程中,形成了多个玻璃水钻特色产业集群。通过实地调研江西省多家水钻企业及所在工业园区,明确了水钻生产工艺和排污特征,并开发了基于顺序投加“酸/PFS/破乳剂+PAC/PAM”的两级混凝洗钻废水预处理工艺,实验结果显示该工艺对COD和SS的去除率能够分别达到95.5%和98.9%,药剂成本可以控制在45元/m^(3)以内。该预处理工艺能够保证水钻企业总排水满足纳管标准,可为江西省水钻行业健康发展提供有效解决方案。
Many characteristic crystal industry zones were formed in Jiangxi province,during the process of crystal industry migration from the eastern to the central and western of China.In this paper,a field survey of the crystal enterprises and the related industrial parks in Jiangxi province was conducted,the crystal manufacturing techniques and the characteristics of the discharged wastewater were clearly understood.A two-stage coagulation sedimentation technology was developed specifically for the pretreatment of the alkaline cleaning wastewater of the crystal after grinding and polishing,which included the sequential dosing of acid,polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS),demulsifier,poly aluminum chloride(PAC)and PAM.The experiment results showed that 95.5%and 98.9%of the removal rates of the COD and SS of the alkaline cleaning wastewater could be achieved respectively,and the chemical reagent cost could be controlled less than¥45/m^(3).The pretreatment technolgoy provided a guarantee for that the quality of the total effluent of the crystal enterprise could meet the discharge standard,and furthermore gave an effective solution for the healthy development of the crystal industry in Jiangxi province.
