持续功法锻炼模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺康复中的应用效果观察

Application effect of continuous work method exercise mode in lung rehabilitation of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的 探讨持续功法锻炼模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺康复中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—12月贵州航天医院收治的COPD稳定期患者50例,随机分为对照组(n=25)和试验组(n=25)。对照组采用呼吸与危重症医学科常规护理,在此基础上,试验组采用持续功法锻炼模式进行干预。比较2组肺功能及生活质量改善情况。结果 干预3个月后,2组患者肺功能指标FVC、FEV_(1)及FEV_(1)/FVC值均升高,且试验组均高于对照组(P<0.05);SGRQ量表中症状、活动能力、疾病影响评分均降低,且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 持续功法锻炼模式可改善COPD稳定期患者肺功能,并有效提高生活质量,应用前景广阔。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous exercise mode in pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage.Methods A total of 50 patients with stable copd admitted to Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=25)and experimental group(n=25).The control group adopted routine nursing of respiratory and critical care medicine,and on this basis,the experimental group adopted continuous exercise mode for intervention.Lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,FVC,FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC values of lung function indexes in 2 groups were increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Symptom,activity and disease impact score of SGRQ scale were all decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous exercise mode can improve lung function and quality of life of COPD patients in stable stage,and has broad application prospect.
