早期护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of application value of early nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice care

目的 探讨早期护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用意义。方法 选择电子科技大学医学院附属绵阳医院·绵阳市中心医院手术室2020年1月—2021年1月收治的180例新生儿黄疸进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组90例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采取早期综合护理干预。比较2组患儿首次排胎便时间、首次排黄便时间、黄疸消失时间、家属对护理满意度,以及护理前后黄疸指数与血清胆红素、并发症发生率、患儿家属护理满意度、护理质量评分。结果 观察组患儿首次排胎便时间、首次排黄便时间、黄疸消失时间明显短于对照组,家属对护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,2组患儿黄疸指数与血清胆红素比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患儿前述指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新生儿黄疸护理中开展早期综合护理干预,可促进患儿尽早排胎便与黄便,促使黄疸尽快消失,同时可改善黄疸指数与血清胆红素,提高家属满意程度,值得应用。

Objective To explore the application significance of early nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice care.Methods The 180 cases of neonatal jaundice admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into two groups according to the randomized digital chart method.The control group used routine care,and the observation group took an early integrated care intervention.In the two groups of children,the first fetal defecation time,first yellowing defecation time,jaundice disappearance time,family satisfaction with nursing care,and jaundice index and serum bilirubin before and after care,complication incidence,family care satisfaction,care quality score were compared. Results The time,time and the jaundice were significantly shorter than the control group,Family satisfaction with care was significantly higher than in the control group,The difference was statistical significant(P<0.05);Before taking care,The jaundice index was compared with serum bilirubin in both groups,No difference was significant(P>0.05),The above indicators in the post-care observation group were lower than in the control group,The difference was statistical significant(P<0.05),The observed group compared with the control group,The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),Higher care quality score in the observation group,Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice can promote early discharge and jaundice,improve jaundice index and serum bilirubin and improve the satisfaction of family members.
