适合高浓度含油污水的新型絮凝剂制备及性能评价 被引量:2

摘要 针对高浓度含油污水使用常规有机高分子絮凝剂处理效果差以及成本较高等问题,室内以丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和有机硅单体(VSi-1)为原料,制备了一种新型絮凝剂PAM-2D,通过核磁共振和热重分析其分子结构进行了表征,并评价了其对高浓度含油污水的絮凝处理效果。结果表明:新型絮凝剂PAM-2D对高浓度含油污水的除油效果较好,絮凝剂的质量浓度越高,除油率越高,形成的絮体的ξ绝对值越大,絮体的稳定性越强;污水含油量越高,除油率稍有下降;当PAM-2D的质量浓度为300 mg/L时,对含油量为71500 mg/L的含油污水除油率仍可以达到95%以上。新型絮凝剂PAM-2D对高浓度含油污水的除油率明显高于其他常用的聚丙烯酰胺类絮凝剂。另外,新型絮凝剂PAM-2D与无机絮凝剂PAS的复配使用效果较好,能够有效提高絮凝效果,并降低处理成本。 Aiming at the problems of poor treatment effect and high cost of conventional organic polymer flocculants for high concentration oily sewage,a new flocculant PAM-2D was prepared indoor with acrylamide(AM),Dimethyldiallyl Ammonium Chloride(DMDAAC)and silicone monomer(VSi-1).Its molecular structure was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and TGA,the flocculation treatment effect of high concentration oily sewage was evaluated.The results show that the new flocculant PAM-2D has better oil removal effect on high concentration oily sewage.The higher the mass concentration of flocculant,the higher the oil removal rate,the greater the absolute value of zeta potential of flocs,and the stronger the stability of flocs;The higher the oil content of sewage,the lower the oil removal rate;When the mass concentration of PAM-2D is 300 mg/L,the oil removal rate of oily sewage with oil content of 71500 mg/L can still reach more than 95%.The oil removal rate of the new flocculant PAM-2D for high concentration oily sewage is significantly higher than that of other commonly used polyacrylamide flocculants.In addition,the combination of new flocculant PAM-2D and inorganic flocculant PAS has good effect,which can effectively improve the flocculation effect and reduce the treatment cost.
