摘要
在制造生产线往往需要多种品牌的AMR在同一区域协同工作,针对此场景在开源平台OpenTCS的基础上,设计了一套AMR中央调度管理和监控系统,通过修改API接口协议和编写AMR控制所需的自定义程序,实现了多种类品牌AMR与OpenTCS系统的交互。针对局域网络框架,研究无线网络的布局,实现了无线网络的自由通信;通过数据库、任务分配、路径规划、交通管制、网络通信等多个方面的模块化设计,对AMR调度方案和运行状态等进行有效的监管和控制。
Production lines usually require the coordinated work in the same area of the AMR of multiple brands. In view of this requirement, based on the open source platform OpenTCS, we designed a set of AMR central scheduling management and monitoring system.By modifying the API interface protocol and writing the custom program required for AMR control, we realized the interaction between the AMR of assorted brands and the OpenTCS system. Next, according to the local network framework, we studied the layout of the wireless network necessary for the implementation of free communication and by way of the design of the database, task allocation, path planning,traffic control, and network communication modules, etc., we realized the effective supervision and control over the scheduling plan and running status of the AMR.
