数字经济时代应用型本科高校物流管理专业学习满意度实证研究 被引量:1

Empirical Study on Learning Satisfaction of Undergraduate Logistics Management Specialty in Application-oriented Universities in Digital Economy Era

摘要 提出物流管理专业学习满意度影响因素分析模型和研究假设,并通过问卷调查方式检验应用型本科高校物流管理专业学习满意度与影响因素之间的影响关系。研究结果表明,培养环节变量对应用型本科高校物流管理专业学习满意度的影响差异显著;个体投入变量与学校管理变量对应用型本科高校物流管理专业学习满意度的影响差异显著;学习期望变量对应用型本科高校物流管理专业学习满意度及其影响因素的调节作用显著。对此,建议补短板促改善,全方位提高应用型本科高校物流管理专业学习满意度;合理引导学习期望,改革应用型本科高校物流管理专业人才培养模式。 In this paper, we proposed the analytic model and research hypotheses for the factors influencing the learning satisfaction of logistics management major students, and through a questionnaire survey, tested the relationship between these factors and the learning satisfaction of undergraduate logistics management major students in application-oriented colleges and universities. The research result showed that 1) the variable in the training link had significant impact on the learning satisfaction of the students;2) the variables in individual input and school management also had significant impact on the learning satisfaction of the students;3) the variable in learning expectation had significant moderating effect on the learning satisfaction of the students and its influencing factors. In this regard, it is suggested to make up for the shortcomings by improving the learning satisfaction of the undergraduate logistics management major students in applicationoriented colleges and universities in an all-round way, guide the forming of reasonable learning expectations, and reform the talent training mode of the logistics management specialty in application-oriented colleges and universities.
