输卵管介入治疗联合灌注罂粟乙碘油对输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床价值

The clinical value of tubal interventional therapy combined with injection of ethiodized poppy-seed oil in treating tubal obstructive infertility

目的 观察和评价输卵管介入治疗联合灌注罂粟乙碘油对输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床价值。方法 将2018年9月至2020年5月福建医科大学附属第二医院226例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组114例采用输卵管介入治疗联合罂粟乙碘油,对照组112例采用输卵管介入治疗联合碘化油。比较两组患者术后1年宫内妊娠率、术后月经量变化情况、术后疼痛分级和术后出现月经周期改变的情况。结果 实验组术后1年宫内妊娠率为47.37%,对照组为43.75%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后月经量变化情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后疼痛分级比较,实验组术后疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后出现月经周期改变的情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 输卵管介入治疗联合罂粟乙碘油与联合碘化油对不孕症的治疗效果无明显差异,但罂粟乙碘油的应用可减轻患者疼痛,降低月经周期改变的发生率。

Objective To evaluate the tubal interventional therapy combined with injection of ethiodized poppy-seed oil in treating tubal obstructive infertility. Methods A total of 226 patients with tubal obstructive infertility, who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University of China between September 2018 and May 2020 to receive treatment, were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into study group(n=114, receiving tubal intervention and injection of ethiodized poppy-seed oil)and control group(n=112, receiving tubal intervention and injection of iodized oil). The postoperative one-year intrauterine pregnancy rate, postoperative menstrual volume, postoperative pain grade and postoperative menstrual cycle change were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative one-year intrauterine pregnancy rate in the study group was 47.37%, which in the control group was 43.75%, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). No statistically significant difference in postoperative menstrual volume existed between the two groups(P>0.05). The postoperative pain grade in the study group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of postoperative menstrual cycle change in the study group was remarkably lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For tubal obstructive infertility, there is no significant difference in the curative effect between tubal intervention plus ethiodized poppy-seed oil injection and tubal intervention plus iodized oil injection, but the use of ethiodized poppy-seed oil can relieve postoperative pain and reduce postoperative incidence of menstrual cycle change.(J Intervent Radiol, 2022, 31: 905-907)
