枯草芽孢杆菌与生物炭对马铃薯叶片抗氧化特性的影响

摘要 马铃薯病害逐年增加,其产量和品质严重下滑,遏制区域经济发展。榆林市是我国马铃薯主产区之一,以榆林市榆阳区农业示范园区的马铃薯为研究对象,在施用常规基肥和常规基肥(70%、80%、90%)的情况下,加施枯草芽孢杆菌和生物炭,测定其对马铃薯叶片抗氧化特性的影响。结果表明:经KS80处理后的马铃薯叶片的PPO、CAT、POD、SOD等活性及总抗氧化能力与KS90处理后的无显著性差异,较CK分别提高了29.40%、84.84%、48.39%、81.98%和81.80%。经KS80处理后的马铃薯叶片GOD、总巯基的含量、非蛋白巯基含量和羟自由基清除能力与KS90处理后的差异性不显著,较CK分别提高了14.08%、256.26%、180.50%和31.85%。因此,大田试验中可在采用80%常规基肥的条件下,加入枯草芽孢杆菌(375 kg/hm^(2))和生物炭(2250 kg/hm^(2))可以提高马铃薯叶片抗氧化酶的活性,进而改善马铃薯品质,为马铃薯减施化肥和农药的措施奠定理论基础。 Potato diseases are increasing year by year,and their yield and quality are seriously declining,curbing regional economic development.Yulin is one of our country potato main production areas.In this study,the potato in the agricultural demonstration garden in Yuyang District of Yulin City was taken as the research object.Bacillus subtilis and biochar were added under the conditions of conventional base fertilizer and conventional base fertilizer (70%,80%and 90%).The effects of Bacillus subtilis and biochar on antioxidant activity of potato leaves were determined.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the activities of PPO,CAT,POD,SOD and total antioxidant capacity between potato leaves treated by KS80were not significantly different from those treated by KS90,but increased by 29.40%,84.84%,48.39%,81.98%and 81.80%compared with CK,respectively.The content of GOD,total sulfhydryl group,non-protein sulfhydryl group and hydroxyl radical scavenging ability of potato leaves treated by KS80 were not significantly different from those treated by KS90,but increased by14.08%,256.26%,180.50%and 31.85%compared with CK,respectively.Therefore,under the condition of 80%conventional base fertilizer in the field test,adding B.subtilis (375 kg/hm^(2)) and biochar (2250 kg/hm^(2)) can improve the activity of potato leaf antioxidant-related enzymes,and then improve potato quality,and lay the theoretical foundation for the implementation of potato fertilizer reduction and pesticide reduction.
