叶面阻隔剂与水稻专用肥对水稻镉硒积累的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究水稻专用肥和稳定化药剂联合叶面阻隔剂喷施对镉污染稻田的修复效果,采用长沙市浏阳蕉溪乡镉污染土壤进行了盆栽试验,共设6个处理,CK:空白对照;C_(1):水稻专用肥+喷施清水;C_(2):水稻专用肥+叶面阻隔剂(1%);C_(3):水稻专用肥+叶面阻隔剂(5%);C_(4):水稻专用肥+叶面阻隔剂(20%);C_(5):稳定化药剂+叶面阻隔剂(5%)。结果表明:水稻专用肥对水稻有轻微的增产作用;C_(1)、C_(2)、C_(3)、C_(4)、C_(5)均可以降低土壤有效态镉的含量,较CK分别降低了16.37%、17.08%、14.49%、8.68%和22.56%;各处理均显著降低了水稻镉的含量,尤其是稻米中镉的含量,其中C_(4)处理效果最好,降镉率达到了51.61%;喷施叶面阻隔剂能够显著增加稻米中的硒含量,C_(2)、C_(3)、C_(4)、C_(5)处理稻米中的硒含量分别提高了11.28、10.46、7.18和9.66倍。从食品安全的角度出发,选择水稻专用肥+叶面阻隔剂(20%)对该污染土壤进行修复的效果较好。 In order to explore the remediation effect of rice specific fertilizer and passivators combined with foliar fertilizer on Cd contaminated paddy fields,a pot experiment was conducted on Cd contaminated soils in Jiaoxi Town,Liuyang City,Hunan Province.Six treatments were set including CK:blank control;C_(1):rice-specific fertilizer+spraying water;C_(2):rice-specific fertilizer+foliar-fertilizer(1%);C_(3):rice-specific fertilizer+foliar-fertilizer(5%);C_(4):rice-specific fertilizer+foliar-fertilizer(20%);C_(5):passivators+foliar-fertilizer foliar-fertilizer(5%).The results showed that the rice special fertilizer had a slight increase in rice yield.Compared with the control,the contents of soil available cadmium of C_(1),C_(2),C_(3),C_(4) and C_(5) decreased by 16.37%,17.08%,14.49%,8.68%and 22.56%respectively.All treatments significantly reduced the cadmium content in paddy,especially the cadmium content in rice.The C_(4) treatment had the best effect,and the reduction rate of Cd in rice reached 51.61%.Spraying foliar fertilizer could significantly increase the selenium content in rice.Compared with the control,the contents of selenium in C_(2),C_(3),C_(4) and C_(5) treatments increased by 11.28,10.46,7.18 and 9.66 times,respectively.From perspective of food security,rice special fertilizer+leaf barrier agent(20%)had a better effect on the remediation of the contaminated soil.
