摘要
用组织块分离法和科赫式法则分离鉴定薏苡叶斑病病原菌,并用平板对峙法筛选抑制薏苡叶斑病病原菌生长的生防细菌。结果表明:分离得到的病原菌菌株Y2能够引起薏苡植株与田间病害一致的症状;通过ITS序列扩增,将Y2鉴定为弯孢霉(Curvularia coicis)。通过平板对峙法筛选到1株对Y2有抑制作用的内生细菌菌株L47,L47对薏苡叶斑病病原菌的抑制率为73.82%;经过16S rDNA和gyrA序列分析,将L47鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。
The Curvularia coicis was isolated and identified by tissue block separation and Koch’s postulares, and the biocontrol bacteria inhibiting the growth of Curvularia coicis were screened by plate confrontation method. The results showed that the isolated Y2 could cause the same symptoms as the field disease. The Y2 was identified as Curvularia coicis by ITS sequence amplification. A strain of endophytic bacteria L47 with inhibitory effect on Y2 was screened by plate confrontation method. The inhibitory rate of the strain against Curvularia coicis was 73.82%. After 16S rDNA and gyrA sequence analysis, the bacterium was Bacillus subtilis.
