摘要
选择白花除虫菊、粉色除虫菊、淡粉除虫菊3种基因型,玉溪市峨山塔甸镇、云南省红河州泸西县中枢镇和白水镇主栽的3种生态型除虫菊为实验材料,分别进行除虫菊酯含量的比较分析。结果显示:3个不同花色基因型的总除虫菊酯含量顺序是:白花除虫菊>淡粉除虫菊>粉色除虫菊。不同开放度除虫菊花朵的总除虫菊酯含量顺序是:管状花开放20%~50%>管状花开放至20%>管状花开放70%以上>管状花开放50%~70%>花蕾。来自泸西中枢镇、泸西白水镇、峨山塔甸镇的总除虫菊酯含量顺序是:峨山塔甸镇>泸西中枢镇>泸西白水镇。综上,不同基因型中,白花除虫菊的总除虫菊酯含量最高;管状花开放20%~50%的花朵总除虫菊酯含量最高,也是最适宜采摘的时期;不同生态型中,峨山塔甸镇的除虫菊花朵总除虫菊酯含量最高。
In this experiment, three species of pyrethrum were selected, including white pyrethrum, pink pyrethrum and light pink pyrethrum. Three ecotypes of pyrethroids were mainly grown in Tadian Town, Eshan County, Yuxi City, Zhongshu Town and Baishui Town of Luxi County, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The content of pyrethroids was compared and analyzed. The results showed thatthe order of total pyrethrin content in three genotypes of different color was white pyrethrin>light pyrethrin>pink pyrethrin. The total pyrethrin content of flowers with different opening degrees was in the order of tubular flower opening 20%~50%>tubular flower opening to 20%>tubular flower opening more than 70%>tubular flower opening 50%~70%>bud. The order of total pyrethrin content from Zhongshu Town of Luxi, Baishui Town of Luxi and Tadian Town of Esan was Tadian Town of Esan>Zhongshu Town of Luxi>Baishui Town of Luxi. White flower pyrethroids had the highest total pyrethrin content, and tubular flowers had the highest total pyrethrin content when they were 20%~50% open, which was also the most suitable time for harvest. The total pyrethrin content of pyrethrum flowers in Tadian Town of Eshan was the highest.
