基于国土空间开发适宜性评价的自然生态空间划定研究——以贵溪市为例

Delimitation of Natural Ecological Space Based on Suitability Evaluation of Territorial Space Development: A Case Study of Guixi City

以江西省贵溪市为例,运用综合指数法和相关模型法开展了国土空间开发适宜性评价,在国土空间开发适宜性评价结果的基础上,采用“先做加法再做减法”的方法,结合相关规划成果,划定了自然生态空间初步范围,并对生态空间进行了分级分类,结合地方历史文化传承和部门管理特点,进一步修正了生态空间范围,以期为开展国土空间规划的国土空间分区划定和国土空间用途管制提供技术支撑。

Guixi City was taken as an example, and the comprehensive index method and the related model method were used to carry out the suitability evaluation of territorial space development. On the basis of the results of suitability evaluation of territorial space development, the method of “Adding and then subtracting” was adopted. Based on the relevant planning results,the initial scope of natural ecological space was defined, and the ecological space was classified. Based on the characteristics of local historical and cultural heritage and departmental management, the scope of ecological space was further revised, in order to provide technical support for the territorial space planning of the territorial space delineation and territorial space use control.
