农业科研院所技术推广成效、特点和模式探析——以中国农业科学院为例

Study on Effectiveness, Characteristics and Modes of Technology Extension in Agricultural Research Institutes: Taking Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as An Example

梳理了中国农业科学院农业技术推广成效、制度设计和运行机制及示范技术集成模式、建设示范县、完善试验基地体系、做强科技型企业等措施,通过分析其多元化的合作对象、多形式的推广方式和多渠道的传播途径等特点,提炼出所办企业、成果转化、技术参股、技术服务、项目带动、地方政府合作和信息化服务等推广模式,并探析了存在的问题;最后,提出了以需求为导向优化成果来源、提升推广成效新方式方法、加强基地建设和培训、强化激励、深入基层推广等对策建议,以期为农业技术推广决策提供参考,加速农业科技成果推广应用。

The main measures of the agricultural technology promotion work of CAAS, were summarized, such as the demonstration technology integration mode, the construction of demonstration counties, the improvement of the test base system,the establishment of collaborative promotion system, the strengthening of science and technology-based enterprises, and the construction of long-term mechanism. The promotion effect, problems, successful examples and effective methods were combd.The characteristics of its diversified cooperation objects, multi-form promotion methods and multi-channel communication channels were analyzed. The promotion models of enterprises, achievements transformation, technical share participation,technical services, project promotion, local government cooperation and information services were refined, and the existing problems were analyzed. Finally, some suggestions, such as optimizing the source of achievements, improving the new ways and methods of promotion effect, strengthening the base construction and training, strengthening incentives, and deepening the grassroots promotion were put forward, in order to provide decision support for agricultural technology promotion and accelerate the promotion and application of Agricultural Technology achievements.
