“西学中”泌尿男科人才培养的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of“Western Medicine Learning from Traditional Chinese Medicine”in Urology and Andrology Talents Training

中国中医科学院西苑医院男科自2017年以来,依托西苑医院平台,陆续承办了4期西医学习中医泌尿男科班,累计培养学员144名,遍布全国23个省、直辖市及自治区。通过制定专门的西学中教材,聘请副高及以上职称的专家授课,以线上和线下相结合、“师带徒”一对一等方式,完成教学和考试工作。经过256个学时的学习,学员考试及格率为100%,结业成绩优秀人数占总人数的一半以上。绝大多数学员已初步掌握中医基础知识,对中医药在泌尿男科疾病的应用能力也有一定提升。

Since 2017,the Andrology Department of Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,relying on the platform of Xiyuan Hospital,has successively organized four series of courses in“western medicine learning from traditional Chinese medicine”in urology and andrology,involving 144 trainees in 23 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions across China.Based on the specially developed textbooks,experts with associate senior titles and above were invited to deliverlectures to trainees online and offline in a one-on-one model of apprenticeship,to complete teaching and examination work.After 256 hours of training,the pass rate of the traineesreached 100%,and more than half of the trainees achieved excellent results.The majority of the trainees have initially mastered the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,and their ability to apply traditional Chinese medicine tourological and male diseases has also been improved.
