摘要
本文对转炉渣电炉提钴工业化生产,介绍工艺流程和还原硫化原理,并结合生产实际,从冶炼温度、SiO_(2)/Fe、还原、硫化四方面阐述工艺参数控制,达到稳定和提高冰铜中Fe-Co合金,降低渣含钴的目的。
This paper introduces the process flow and reduction and sulfurization principle for the industrial process of cobalt extraction from converter slag electric furnace,and,taking into account actual production,describes the process parameters control from the four aspects of smelting temperature,SiO_(2)/Fe,reduction and sulfurization with a view to improving the recovery rate of cobalt.
