This paper analyzes the innovation model and practical results in equipment management at a ternary precursor material production company,using company data in trial production,production attain-ment,overproduction and other phases while taking into account equipment management statuses.The goal of the analysis is to strengthen equipment safety for the company’s sustained development and provide points of reference for fellow enterprises in the industry.
