SECI模型视角下师范生机器人课程教学技能培训模式的研究

Research on Robot Course Teaching Skilled Training Model of Normal University Students from the Perspective of SECI Model

为了有效提升师范生机器人课程教学技能,确保师范生机器人课程教学技能培训效果,以SECI模型为基础,配合调查问卷了解目前机器人教学过程和师范生教学技能培训中的模式现状,分析其中存在的问题并深入了解导致问题产生的原因。根据调查问卷结果,分析教学技能培训目标需求与影响因素,为保证结果的可靠性、确定问卷信度,分别计算影响因素权值。在设计培训模式时,分别基于社会化、外显化、内化以及组合化,详细设计教学技能培训活动,有效提高师范生机器人课程教学技能,确保教学技能培训效果。

In order to effectively improve the robot teaching skills of normal students and ensure the training effect of robot teaching skills of normal students,based on SECI model,we investigate to understand the current situation of robot teaching process and normal students’teaching skill training mode with questionnaire,analyze the existing problems and deeply understand the causes of the problems.According to the results of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the target demand and influencing factors of teaching skills training.In order to ensure the reliability of the results,the reliability of the questionnaire is determined,and the weights of the influencing factors are calculated respectively.In the design of training mode,teaching skills training activities are designed in detail based on socialization,explicit,internalization and combination respectively,so as to effectively improve the teaching skills of robot courses for normal university students and ensure the effect of teaching skills training.
