基于层次分析法的思政教师绩效多指标评价模型 被引量:1

摘要 当前的评价模型主要针对思想政治课程本身设计,针对思政课教师的绩效进行评价的模型研究较少,并且由于现有系统未能考虑模型数据存储管理问题,导致多指标评价情况下的执行效率较低。为了有效解决上述问题,设计并提出一种基于层次分析法的思政教师绩效多指标评价模型。根据各指标间的优先关系,提取重要值较高的评价指标;利用多指标决策法计算评价指标间的权重值,通过相关性分析验证权重值的可靠性;将评价数据输入数据库信息管理层进行压缩处理,并传入指标调整层以及数据挖掘层,以此构建思政教师绩效的多指标评价模型。仿真实验结果表明,所设计模型在多指标评价情况下的执行效率较高,且计算得出的指标权重可靠性较高。 The current evaluation model is mainly aimed at the design of ideological and political curriculum itself.There are few model studies to evaluate the performance of ideological and political teachers,and because the existing system fails to consider the problem of model data storage management,the execution efficiency of multi-index evaluation is low.In order to solve the above problems effectively,a multi-index evaluation model of ideological and political teachers’performance based on AHP is designed and put forward.According to the priority relation of each index,the evaluation index with high important value is extracted,the weight value between evaluation indexes is calculated by multi-index decision method,and the reliability of weight value is verified by correlation analysis;the evaluation data is input into the database The information management carries on the compression processing,and passes in the index adjustment layer and the data mining layer,thus constructs the ideological and political teacher performance multi-index appraisal model.The simulation results show that the performance efficiency of the designed model is high under the condition of multi-index evaluation,and the reliability of the calculated index weight is high.
