摘要
如果一个检测周期内,不能有效检测具有内部缺陷严重的数字式避雷器,其高风险概率将不断升高,因此需要设计基于阻性电流测试的数字型避雷器内部缺陷检测系统,有效检测避雷器的内部缺陷。该系统利用数字化信号采集模块,采集避雷器泄漏电流的电信号并转换成光信号,光电变送器负责将接收的光信号转换为电信号,内部检测装置负责接收避雷器的泄漏电流数据;利用谐波分析法提取避雷器泄漏电流数据中的阻性电流基波分量,根据阻性电流基波分量的大小变化,判断避雷器的内部缺陷。实验证明,该系统采集的三相数字型避雷器泄漏电流波形准确性较高,能够有效检测数字型避雷器的内部缺陷。
If the digital arrester is with serious internal defects,it can not be effectively detected in a detection cycle,the probability of high risk will continue to rise.Therefore,it is necessary to design a digital arrester internal defect detection system under resistive current test to effectively detect the internal defects.The digital signal acquisition module is used to collect the electrical signal of the lightning arrester leakage current,and convert it into optical signal.The photoelectric transmitter is responsible for converting the received optical signal into electrical signal,and the internal detection device is responsible for receiving the leakage current data of the lightning arrester.The harmonic analysis method is used to extract the fundamental component of the resistive current in the leakage current data of the lightning arrester small change,judge the internal defect of arrester.The experimental results show that the accuracy of leakage current waveform of three-phase digital arrester collected by the system is high,and the system can effectively detect the internal defects of digital arrester.
